Internal Leakage Causes and Treatment for Steam Generator in Hydrogen Unit

转化气蒸汽发生器,即废热锅炉,作为制氢装置的关键设备之一,主要负责产汽和降温,其运行状况是否良好严重影响装置的正常运行。本文对某炼厂30000 Nm^(3)/h制氢装置转化气蒸汽发生器发生内漏原因做了详细分析,并给出修复方案及预防措施。

As one of the key equipment of Hydrogen Unit,the steam generator,namely waste heat boiler,is mainly responsible for steam production and cooling.The normal operation of the unit is seriously affected by its good operation condition.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the internal leakage causes of the steam generator in a new refinery 30000 Nm^(3)/h Hydrogen Unit,and gives the repair plan and preventive measures.
