摘要
塔是石油化工企业中常用的气、液传热传质设备之一,它被广泛应用于蒸馏、吸收、萃取等单元操作中。甲醇/水分离塔的塔底封头与筒体和裙座焊接存在较大的局部应力,在此焊接区域存在较多开孔将导致塔体局部受力非常复杂。因此应用ANSYS软件对塔底封头、裙座和局部筒体进行局部有限元分析,比较精确的展示出封头开孔处的应力分布状态,可以有效地对该类设备进行辅助设计。
Tower is one of the common gas and liquid heat transfer equipment in petrochemical enterprises.It is widely used in distillation,absorption,extraction and other unit operations.Large local stresses exist in the bottom head of the methanol/water separation tower welded to the barrel and skirt seat.The presence of more openings in this welding area will result in a very complex local force on the tower.Therefore,applying ANSYS software to perform local finite element analysis on the tower bottom head,skirt seat and local barrel to show the stress distribution state at the head opening more accurately can effectively assist in the design of this type of equipment.
