摘要
天然气与管道工程建设管理系统(以下简称PCM系统)作为信息化管理系统在中石油江苏LNG接收站扩建工程(以下简称扩建工程)上的应用当中将扩建工程相互关联的各个子项目、标段,按照各自的层次和等级构建在一个统一的工程建设分解体系之中,进行集约化管理。系统主要功能包括:过程控制管理、技术数据管理、竣工资料管理、可视化管理、综合管理等五部分,涵盖了工程项目可研、勘测、设计、施工、投产试运行全生命周期。该系统解决了工程建设过程中业主和各参建单位的协同工作、信息共享问题。实现了以进度计划为核心,以投资控制为目的,对施工过程进行事前预测及控制,有效提高扩建工程的整体管理水平,降低管理成本。
The natural gas and pipeline project construction management system(PCM system),as an information management system applied to the expansion project of PetroChina Jiangsu LNG terminal(expansion project),integrates the interrelated sub-projects and bidding sections of the expansion project into a unified project construction decomposition system according to their respective levels and grades for intensive management.The major functions of the system include five parts:process control management,technical data management,completion data management,visualization management and comprehensive management,covering the whole life cycle of project feasibility study,survey,design,construction and commissioning.The system solves the problem of collaborative work and information sharing between the owner and the participating units in the process of engineering construction.This system has achieved the core of schedule planning and investment control,and has made prior prediction and control of the construction process,efficiently enhancing the overall management level of the expansion project and reducing management costs.
