摘要
激光扫描共聚焦显微镜可用于细胞及亚细胞器微观结构分析,已广泛应用于生物医学等研究领域,但此类大型仪器在本科实验教学中尚未得到普及。通过对本科生进行分组教学,了解仪器工作原理,初步掌握仪器使用方法,可在理论教学之外提高学生的动手实践能力。同时,在本科实验教学中引入大型仪器,可激发学生的科研兴趣,使学生尽早明确未来科研发展方向,为推动创新型本科实验教学的稳步发展奠定基础。
The laser scanning confocal microscopy can be used to research the structure of the living cells and subcellular organelle,which has been widely applied in the field of biomedicine.However,these large equipments have not been combined with the experiment teaching of undergraduate courses.Through this learning,the students can be divided into several groups to operate the instrument,which will help them improve their operating ability and make a deeper understanding of the principle of laser scanning confocal microscopy.Meanwhile,introducing the large equipments into the experiment teaching of undergraduate courses will arouse the scientific interest of students,which will bring them a clearer direction for the future.Also,this attempts will lay the foundation of the development of innovative experiment teaching.
