摘要 以达斡尔族“库木勒”节为背景,围绕“柳蒿芽,何以称作达斡尔人的救命草、保健药”这一问题为情境线,通过信息技术结合多媒体技术、远程教育技术等手段应用于化学教学,设计教学活动。通过VR技术、观看视频及连线专家了解柳蒿芽及其中的营养成分,引导学生从中国传统节日和生活实际的角度进行思考,感受传统文化的魅力;通过用手机app进行多糖的探究实验,活跃课堂氛围,感受实验操作的魅力;通过学习氨基酸的组成、结构与性质,观看教师利用Chem Draw绘制的氨基酸结构图和形成肽键的3D微观视频,使学生体会氨基酸的重要性,感受信息技术的魅力。 Taking the kumule festival of Daur nationality as the background,focusing on the problem of"how the willow wormwood bud is called the life-saving grass and health care medicine of Daur people",this paper applies information technology,multimedia technology and distance education technology to chemistry teaching and designs teaching activities.Through VR technology,watching video and connecting experts to understand Artemisia selengensis bud and its nutrients,guide students to think from the perspective of traditional Chinese festivals and real life,and feel the charm of traditional culture;through the exploration experiment of polysaccharide with mobile app,activate the classroom atmosphere,and feel the charm of experimental operation;through learning the composition,structure and nature of amino acids,watch the teaching activities The teacher uses ChemDraw to draw the amino acid structure diagram and 3D micro video of peptide bond formation to make students realize the importance of amino acids and feel the charm of information technology.
