课堂观察是优化课堂教学行为、促进教师专业发展的有效方法。研究依托理论分析,结合具体课堂教学案例,开发化学教师课堂提问的观察量表,以“物质的量”教学为例,分析教师提问的现实情况,并对量表使用和教师提问有效性进行讨论。

Classroom observation is an effective method to optimize classroom teaching behavior and promote teachers'professional development.The research relies on theoretical analysis,combined with specific classroom teaching cases,and develops an observation scale for chemistry teachers’classroom questions.Taking"the amount of matter"teaching as an example,analyzes the actual situation of teachers’questions,and discusses the use of the scale and the effectiveness of teachers’questions.
