摘要
为了解决煤制合成气的净化问题,本文提出了一种集成CO_(2)捕集与存储和余热利用工艺的集成工艺。基于最优工艺,对合成气净化、有机朗肯循环和吸收式制冷循环工艺进行了集成。采用离子液体[bmim][Tf2N]作为吸收剂,对常温下同时脱除粗合成气中CO_(2)和H2S的工艺进行了研究。利用Aspen Plus软件,通过实验数据,验证了COSMO-SAC(CO_(2)捕集和储存)、Peng Robinson(有机朗肯循环)和ELENCRTL(吸收式制冷循环)模型的精度。
In order to solve the purification problem of coal-to-syngas,an integrated process of CO_(2) capture and storage and waste heat utilization is proposed.Based on the optimal process,the synthesis gas purification,organic Rankine cycle and absorption refrigeration cycle were integrated.Using ionic liquid[bmim][Tf2N]as absorbent,the simultaneous removal of CO_(2) and H2S from crude syngas at room temperature was studied.The accuracy of COSMO-SAC(CCS),Peng Robinson(ORC)and ElENCRTL(ARC)models was verified by using Aspen Plus software.
