介绍了国内外雨水利用的概况,在分析了长沙市公共服务空间雨水综合利用现状问题的基础上,提出了长沙市雨水综合利用的必要性,并进行了综合效益分析评估。同时结合公共项目实践,从雨水管理政策的角度,提出长沙市可持续雨水综合利用的对策建议,为长沙市现在以及未来城市雨水循环发展提供参考。

The paper introduces the general situation of rainwater utilization at home and abroad,and on the basis of analyzing the current situation of rainwater comprehensive utilization of public service space in Changsha,puts forward the necessity of rainwater comprehensive utilization in Changsha,and carries on the comprehensive benefit analysis and evaluation.Summarize and put forward the pattern and path of comprehensive utilization of rainwater in Changsha;At the same time,combining with the practice of public projects and from the perspective of rainwater management policy,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable comprehensive utilization of rainwater in Changsha,providing reference for the current and future urban rainwater circulation development in Changsha.
