摘要
基于流固耦合方法对光轴改造后的低压缸进行了数值模拟,分析了低压缸光轴改造后的安全可靠性,并进行了小容积流量工况下的低压缸内的流动、换热性能研究。研究发现,光轴方案可行,安全可靠性满足要求;对5t和10t小冷却流量下的对比分析发现,两种流量下的温度差异影响较小,对低压内缸的安全可靠性影响较小。
The optical axis of a low-pressure cylinder of a 300MW thermal power plant was transformed,and the numerical simulation was carried out based on the fluid-structure coupling method.The safety and reliability of the low-pressure cylinder of the power plant after the optical axis modification were analyzed,and the small volume flow research on the flow and heat transfer performance in low-pressure cylinders under working conditions.It is found that the optical axis scheme is feasible and the safety and reliability meet the requirements;the comparative analysis of 5t and 10t small cooling flow shows that the temperature difference between the two flows has little impact on the safety and reliability of the low-pressure inner cylinder.
