摘要
为了研究同一个转向架四角轮对轴箱转臂节点定位刚度差异对车辆动力学性能的影响,建立了高速铁路车辆多体系统的高维强非线性动力学模型。在数值仿真分析中,研究分析了选取转臂节点纵向和横向定位刚度误差值+15%和-15%这2种组合条件。结果表明:同一转向架四角轮对轴箱转臂节点定位刚度差对车辆动力学性能的影响较小,对于转向架构架的横向振动、车辆的运行平稳性、曲线通过安全性的影响一般在5%以内。其对车体最大横向和垂向加速度的影响一般在10%以内,特殊条件下,其影响范围在20%以内。所有计算条件下,车辆动力学指标均满足要求。
In order to study the influence of steering difference of wheelsets at the same bogie on the dynamics performance of vehicle,a highly nonlinear dynamics model of the high-speed railway vehicle multi-body system is built.In numerical simulations,the combined condition of taking the upper and lower limits of the steering stiffness of wheelset is investigated,respectively.It shows that the effect of wheelset steering stiffness on the dynamic performance is not significant.Its influence on the lateral vibration of bogie frame,hunting stability of vehicle,running safety when negotiating curved tracks and wheel wear is generally within 5%.Its influence on the maximum lateral and vertical acceleration of carbody is generally within 10%and the influence range of specific conditions is within 20%.For all the calculated conditions,all the vehicle dynamics indexes meet the required limit.
