摘要
探讨空气制动通用试验台研制技术,从软硬件、气动系统和工装设计、到测试精度影响因素分析和试验数据分析方法,探讨从设计需求着手设计试验台和提高测试精度问题。从系统分析测试需求角度,研究影响试验台测试的各方面因素;应用统计分析和趋势分析法解决遇到的问题,图解试验数据凸显其内在规律,量化影响程度以改善试验台性能。分析软件设计需求,探讨不同试验台使用通用软件设计的可行性,用参数法解决的通用程序设计方法;用解释语言解决的试验流程通用化问题,并设计了类似C语言的解释语言、解释器和调试器。
This paper discusses the technology of a general test bench of railway brake products,from software and hardware,pneumatic system and tooling design,to test accuracy influencing factor analysis and test data analysis method,discusses designing test bench from design requirements and improving test accuracy.Study all factors that affect the test bench from the systematic analysis of test requirements.Statistical analysis and trend analysis methods are applied to solve the problems encountered.The graphic test data highlight their internal laws and quantify the degree of impact to improve the performance of the test bed.Analyze the software design requirements,explore the feasibility of using general software design in different test benches,proposed a parameter configuration method to solve problems in design,solve the generalization problem of the test process with explanatory language,and design a interpreter,debugger and a interpretation language,which is similar to C language.
