摘要
制造业服务化日渐成为传统贸易向全球价值链贸易顺利转变的“变革力量”,厘清生产性服务开放对制造业全球价值链升级的影响及内在作用机制,有助于为实现中国制造业转型升级提供理论和经验借鉴。采用固定效应模型,选取2005—2014年跨国行业面板数据进行经验分析,研究发现:生产性服务业开放对制造业价值链升级有着显著的提升作用,且信息通信和金融保险业开放对制造业价值链升级的促进作用最大,稳健性检验结果依然支持上述结论;从影响渠道来看,生产性服务业开放通过种类效应和创新效应促进了制造业价值链升级。为实现制造业转型升级,应加速生产性服务业开放布局,积极推进制造业与服务业深度融合,提升金融监管能力与经济治理能力,健全基础创新体制机制,从而为中国制造业全球价值链地位的提升提供持久动力。
The servicization of manufacturing industry has gradually become a“revolutionary force”for smooth transition from traditional trade to global value chain trade.Clarifying the impact and internal mechanism of opening of productive services on upgrading of manufacturing global value chain will help to provide theory and experience for the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.Using the fixed effects model and selecting the panel data of multinational industries from 2005 to 2014 makes empirical analysis.The study has found that the opening of the producer service industry has a significant effect on the manufacturing value chain upgrade,and the opening of information communication and financial and insurance services has a significant effect on the promotion of the value chain upgrade of the manufacturing industry.The results of the robustness test still support the above conclusions.From the perspective of influence channels,the opening of the producer service industry promotes the upgrade of the manufacturing value chain through category and innovation effects.In order to realize the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,it is necessary to accelerate the opening up of the producer service industry,actively promote the deep integration of the manufacturing and service industries,enhance the financial supervision and economic governance capabilities,and improve the basic innovation systems and mechanisms,so as to provide lasting power for China's manufacturing to climb up the global value chain.
