摘要
高炉热风炉蓄热室、隔墙、拱顶等耐材,长期受温度应力作用,运行多年后极易出现掉落现象,掉落的耐火砖及破碎耐材,被高压热风吹送至热风阀阀槽内部,导致热风阀无法关闭,高炉被迫休风处理。本文对热风阀卡砖问题进行深入探讨,提出了一套创新的解决方案,为同行提供技术借鉴。
The refractory bricks and broken resistant materials of the hot blast furnace regenerator,partition wall and arch roof are easy to fall off due to the long-term effect of temperature stress after many years of operation.The dropped refractory bricks and broken resistant materials are blown by high pressure hot air to the inside of the hot air valve slot,resulting in the hot air valve cannot be closed and the blast furnace is forced to stop air.In this paper,the problem of hot air valve sticking brick is deeply discussed,and a set of innovative solutions are put forward,which can provide technical reference for peers.
