摘要
针对105 m^(2)烧结机烟气NOx(氮氧化物)排放量超标的情况,通过4座烧结机连续生产的工业性试验,探索了在正常生产工艺装备和原燃料条件下降低烟气NOx排放量的措施。在烧结产能富裕的前提下,通过降低烧结机机速,提前烧结终点,减小烧结机燃烧带面积,以减少NOx的生成量。工艺优化后,烟气NOx含量由最高273 mg/m 3以上降至最低42.15 mg/m 3以下,满足环保达标排放要求,但烧结矿产量较正常生产条件下降30%左右。
Aiming at the situation that the flue gas nitrogen oxide emission of 105 m^(2)sintering machine exceeds the standard,through the industrial test of continuous production of 4 sintering machines,It is explored to reduce the flue gas nitrogen oxide emission under normal production process equipment and raw fuel conditions.Under the premise of ample sintering capacity,it is preferable to reduce the speed of the sintering machine.After the sintering end point is advanced,reduce the area of the combustion zone of the sintering machine and reduce the generation of nitrogen oxides NOx.After the process is optimized,the flue gas nitrogen oxides The content is reduced from a maximum of 273 mg/m 3 to a minimum of 42.15 mg/m 3,which brings about a 30%reduction in the output of sintered ore compared with normal production conditions,which meets the emission requirements of environmental protection standards.
