渤海某油田原油除砂工艺设计研究

摘要 渤海某油田属于特高孔高渗、疏松砂岩油藏,稠油粘度高,对岩石的拖拽能力强,采用蒸汽吞吐开采模式,注热后降低岩石的胶结强度,加剧地层出砂风险。目前油井运用适度防砂措施,采出原油出砂概率升高,因此设计一套除砂工艺,提出将热水回掺、管道混合、密闭容器旋流喷射自吸装置、旋流除砂、卧螺机等技术整合一体的处理流程,解决出砂对采油工艺系统影响的问题。整套流程具有紧凑节能和环保的特点,为海上热采开发油田的除砂工艺提供了参考和经验。 An oilfield in Bohai Sea belongs to an ultra-high porosity,high permeability and loose sandstone reservoir with high viscosity of heavy oil and strong drag ability to rock.Steam huff and puff production mode is adopted to reduce the cementation strength of the rock after heat injection,which aggravates the risk of sand production in the formation.At present,oil wells use appropriate sand control measures to increase the sand production probability of crude oil.Therefore,a set of sand removal process is designed,and a treatment process integrating technologies such as hot water reblending,pipeline mixing,closed container cyclone jet self-priming device,cyclone sand removal and horizontal screw machine is proposed to solve the problem of the impact of sand production on the oil production process system.The whole process has the characteristics of compact,energy saving and environmental protection,which provides reference and experience for the sand re-moval process of offshore thermal production and development oilfield.
