摘要
海洋石油中心处理平台是海上采油、油气水处理、发电机、生活共同的场地,相关的主发电机、压缩机、泵等设备都会产生高分贝噪声,这些噪声会对海上作业人员的身心健康及平台的正常运转产生不利的影响。为此阐述了高噪声设备紧邻海上平台生活楼情况下,生活楼的降噪处理技术,提出控制空气传声、控制结构传声、隔离降噪3项措施,以及采取相应措施后的建模及噪音分析情况与分析结果,并通过理论分析降噪结果与实际降噪效果对比,验证了降噪处理措施的应用效果,为今后海上平台生活楼和工作间降噪提供参考依据。
Offshore oil central processing platform is a common site for offshore oil production,oil,gas and water treatment,generator and life.The related main generator,compressor,pump and other equipment will produce high decibel noises.These noises will have adverse effects on the physical and mental health of the offshore operators and the normal operation of the platform.This paper expounds the noise reduction technology of the living building when the high noise equipment is close to the living building of the offshore platform,and puts forward three measures:control air transmission,control structure transmission,isolation and noise reduction.The modeling and noise analysis situation and analysis results under these measures are presented.Through the comparison of theoretical analysis and actual noise reduction results,the application effect of noise reduction measures is verified,which provides reference for noise reduction of living buildings and workshops on offshore platforms in the future.
