摘要
在介绍海上自升式平台的类型及特点的基础上,对常用的桩腿类型及其各自的特点进行了说明,同时阐述了平台设计水深、提升系统、平台作业要求和加工成本等对桩腿设计的影响。结合具体项目中桩腿结构型式的选择及设计实例,从设计水深、提升系统和平台作业要求等方面考虑选择圆柱桩腿还是桁架桩腿,进而从桩腿重量、甲板面积及平台的整体刚度等方面对桩腿的选型设计进行了比较分析,归纳了桩腿设计中需要注意的一些问题,并总结了不同功能的自升式平台桩腿选型的优化设计原则。
This paper introduces the types and characteristics of offshore jack-up platform,illustrates the leg types and their respective characteristics,and describes the effects of platform design water depth,jacking system,platform operation requirements and processing cost on leg design.Combined with the selection of leg structure type and design examples in specific projects,cylindrical legs or truss legs are selected from the aspects of design water depth,jacking system and platform operation requirements,and then the type selection design of legs is compared and analyzed from the aspects of leg weight,deck area and overall stiffness of platform leg weight.Some problems needing attention in leg design are summarized,and the optimization design principles of leg selection of jack-up platform with different functions are summarized.
