Test of a Lifting Tool for Tubing Hanger in Bohai Oilfield

在渤海油田井下作业中,每口井在拆完采油树,组装立管防喷器组后,需要对防喷组进行整体试压,以验证其密封性和可靠性。设计研制出一种油管挂回接提升工具,既可以与防喷器配合实现试压功能,又能在解封过电缆封隔器上提生产管柱后,控制井下安全阀和放气阀开启,实现循环洗压井功能,对现场井控安全具有重要的应用价值。针对该工具在现场试验中遇到的问题进行分析并提出了优化改进建议。

In the workover operation of Bohai oilfield,after dismantling the Christmas tree and assembling the blowout preventer group,it is necessary to test the overall pressure of the blowout preventer group to verify its sealing and reliability.A lifting tool for tubing hanger is designed and developed,which can not only cooperate with the blowout preventer to real-ize the pressure test function,but also control the opening of the downhole safety valve and gas vent valve after lifting the production string through the unsealed ESP packer to realize the circulation well killing function,which has important field application value for field well control safety.The problems encountered in the field test of the tool are analyzed,and the optimization and improvement suggestions are put forward.
