piR-2878在神经胶质瘤组织中的表达及临床病理意义

摘要 目的:检测piR-2878在神经胶质瘤组织中的表达水平及其临床病理意义。方法:应用RNA原位杂交技术(RISH)检测piR-2878在87例神经胶质瘤和35例正常脑组织中的表达变化,同时分析piR-2878与神经胶质瘤患者病理参数的相关性。结果:piR-2878在大多数神经胶质瘤组织中呈阳性表达,约占79.31%(69/87);piR-2878 RNA阳性百分比值为(81.2±1.3)%,明显高于正常脑组织的(5.0±0.7)%,两组间差异有统计学意义(t=36.036,P<0.01)。piR-2878高表达与神经胶质瘤的肿瘤分级、局部浸润和复发密切相关(均P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤位置、肿瘤大小均无关联。生存曲线显示低表达组患者的生存时间均明显长于高表达组(P<0.05)。结论:piR-2878可能是神经胶质瘤的一种新的促癌基因,可以作为神经胶质瘤形成和患者预后判断的一种新肿瘤标志物;阳性表达的piR-2878促进了神经胶质瘤的发生、发展和转移过程。 Objective:To detect the expression of piR-2878 in glioma and its clinicopathological significance.Methods:In situ hybridization was used to detect the expression of piR-2878 in 87 cases of glioma and 35 cases of normal brain tissues,and the correlation between piR-2878 expression and pathological parameters of glioma patients was analyzed.Results:piR-2878 was positive in most glioma tissues,accounting for 79.31%(69/87);the positive percentage was(81.2±1.3)%,which was significantly higher than that in normal brain tissues(5.0±0.7)%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The high expression of piR-2878 was closely related to tumor grade,invasion and recurrence of glioma(All P<0.05),but not with age,gender,tumor location and tumor size.The survival curve showed that the survival time of low expression group was significantly longer than that of high expression group(P<0.05).Conclusion:piR-2878 may be a new oncogenic gene in glioma,which can be used as a new tumor marker for the formation and prognosis of glioma;positive expression of piR-2878 promotes the occurrence,development and metastasis of glioma.
