高职专业标准与职业技能等级证书标准的融合研究

Research on the Integration of Professional Standard and the Standard of Certificates for Vocational Skill Levels in Higher Vocational Education

该文通过分析职业技能等级证书在专业培养中的位与度,研究专业标准与职业技能等级证书标准融合的重要意义,探寻融合过程中证书选择、融合方式、体系重构、教学实施等实践问题,并从证书认可度、双师教师队伍建设、评价标准、与毕业证书挂钩机制等方面对融合难点进行了探讨。

By analyzing the position and degree of vocational skill level certificate in professional training, this paper studies the significance of the integration of professional standard and the standard of certificates for vocational skill levels, to explore the practical problems of certificate selection, integration mode,system reconstruction and teaching implementation in the integration. This paper also discusses the difficulties of the integration from the aspects of the recognition degree of certificates, the construction of double-qualified teachers, the evaluation standards and the linkage mechanism with graduation certificates.
