产教融合是职业教育高质量发展的主线,该文以"食品微生物检验技术"课程为例,研究在产教融合背景下如何开展"双导师多维度双线程"混合教学模式改革,探索其应用形式和方法,在一定程度上丰富了职业教育相关课题的研究内容,也丰富了线上线下混合式教学模式这一研究议题,从而为在产教融合背景下探究课程教学改革活动的新途径提供了理论指导。

Industry-education integration is the main line of the high-quality development of vocational education. With the course of"Detection Technology for Food Microorganism"as an example, this paper mainly studies the implementation of the mixed teaching mode based on"double tutors, multiple dimensions and double threads"under the background of industryeducation integration, explores the application form and method,having enriched the research contents and research situations of relevant subjects to some extent, and enriched the online and offline mixed teaching mode. Through the research, it aims to provide theoretical guidance for the new path of research on curriculum teaching reform under the background of industryeducation integration.
