PBL联合CBL及LBL模式在护理学基础教学中的应用

The Application of Problem-based Learning Combined with Case-based Learning and Lecture-based Learning Model in the Teaching of Fundamentals of Nursing

摘要 目的探讨基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)联合案例为基础的教学(Case based learning,CBL)及传统教学法(Lecture-based learning,LBL)在护理学基础教学中的应用。方法选取2016年12月—2017年12月中国医科大学2015和2016级3年制护理专科的356名学生为研究对象,按年级的不同分为观察组(174名)和对照组(182名)。对照组采用LBL联合CBL进行教学,观察组采用LBL、CBL及PBL进行教学。比较2组学生的教学效果和课程成绩。结果观察组学生的知识评价、技能评价、情感态度评价评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生的理论成绩、操作成绩及总成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用LBL、CBL及PBL进行教学,能激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的自主学习能力、思维表达能力、分析与处理问题能力,值得高校借鉴和应用。 Objective To explore the application of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)and lecture-based learning(LBL)in basic nursing teaching.Methods A total of 356 students from 2015 and 2016 three-year nursing college of China Medical University from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the observation group(174)and the control group(182)according to different grades.The control group was taught by LBL combined with CBL,and the observation group was taught by LBL,CBL and PBL.The teaching effect and course performance of the two groups of students were compared.Results The scores of knowledge evaluation,skill evaluation and emotional attitude evaluation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical scores,operational scores and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of LBL,CBL and PBL in teaching can stimulate students’interest in learning,improve students’independent learning ability,thinking and expression ability,analysis and problem solving ability,which is worthy of reference and application in universities.
