思政教育背景下中医师承教育人才培养模式的思考

Thoughts on the Training Mode of Traditional Chinese Medicine Master-apprentice Education under the Background of Ideological and Political Education

为实现新时代立德树人的要求,思政教育是高等教育实现全过程、全方位育人的必然选择。师承教育作为中医教育独具特色的传统教育模式,应充分发挥其独到优势,构建新时代中医人才培养方案。依据思政教育对医学人才培养的要求,在分析当前中医本科教育阶段师承教育现状及问题的基础上,笔者以亲身跟随张志敏教授为例,探讨师承教育在培养中医药人才过程中占有不可取代的重要地位,不仅为弘扬师承教育的育人模式,更为今后培养适应新时代发展的高素质复合型中医药人才以及构建全员、全程、全方位育人大格局提供思路。

In order to realize the requirement of moral education in the new era,ideological and political education is the inevitable choice for higher education to realize the whole process and all-round education.As a unique traditional education mode of traditional Chinese medicine education,teacher education should give full play to its unique advantages and construct a training program for traditional Chinese medicine talents in the new era.Based on the ideological education of medical personnel training requirements,based on the analysis of the current stage of undergraduate education of traditional Chinese medicine to learn,on the basis of current situation and problems of education,the author personally follow Professor Zhang,for example,to explore teacher education in the process of cultivating talents of Chinese medicine has irreplaceable important position,not only to promote teacher education mode of education,more training to adapt to the new era of development in the future high quality compound talents of traditional Chinese medicine and full all-round education pattern.
