活血祛风方结合针刺治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

Clinical Observation on Promoting Blood Circulation for Dispelling Pathogenic Wind Prescription Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的探究自拟活血祛风方结合针刺治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月江西省铅山县人民医院收治的60例周围性面瘫患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组施行常规神经内科治疗和针刺治疗,治疗组施行常规神经内科+针刺+自拟活血祛风方治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果、面神经House-Brackmann分级情况、面神经功能评分、面部残疾指数躯体功能(Facial disability index physical,FDIP)、面部残疾指数社会功能(Facial disability index social,FDIS)及不良反应总发生率。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的面神经House-Brackmann分级情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的面神经功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗组治疗后的FDIP评分高于对照组,FDIS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);2组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟活血祛风方结合针刺治疗周围性面瘫,能提高临床治疗效果,改善面神经功能,降低不良反应总发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of promoting blood circulation for dispelling pathogenic wind prescription combined with acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods Sixty patients with peripheral facial paralysis in Yanshan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases treated with conventional neurology and acupuncture treatment)and a treatment group(30 cases treated with conventional neurology,acupuncture and promoting blood circulation for dispelling pathogenic wind prescription treatment).The total effective rate,House-Brackmann classification of facial nerve,facial disability index physical score(FDIP),facial disability index score(FDIS)and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The house-Brackmann grading of facial nerve in the treatment group was better than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The facial nerve function score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,the FDIP score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the FDIS score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-made promoting blood circulation for dispelling pathogenic wind prescription combined with acupuncture can improve the clinical treatment effect,improve facial nerve function,reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
