从脾论治中药联合FOLFOX4化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Medicine from the Spleen Combined with FOLFOX4 Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

目的通过临床观察,客观评价中药从脾论治联合FOLFOX4化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法选取2017年9月—2019年9月鞍钢集团总医院肿瘤科收治的结直肠癌患者132例(对照组脱落2例),分为中药组及对照组,中药组予以自拟中药汤剂联合FOLFOX4方案化疗,对照组单纯FOLFOX4方案化疗,治疗2个月后评价2组治疗效果。结果中药组近期缓解率为54.5%(36/66),高于对照组缓解率48.4%(31/64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且中药组生活质量改善明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组和对照组均未发生V级不良反应,其中中药组白细胞减少、贫血、恶心呕吐、腹泻总不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药从脾论治联合化疗治疗晚期结直肠癌患者既可增加化疗效果,又能控制不良反应,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment from the spleen combined with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer through clinical observation.Methods A total of 132 patients with colorectal cancer(2 cases in the control group dropped out)admitted to General Angang Group Hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were divided into Chinese medicine group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine decoction combined with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy and the control group was treated with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy alone.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated after 2 months of treatment.Results The short-term response rate of the Chinese medicine group was 54.5%(36/66),which was higher than that of the control group(48.4%(31/64),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of 2 groups were higher than before treatment,and the quality of life improvement of Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no Grade V adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group and the control group,and the incidence of total adverse reactions in the TCM group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of advanced colorectal cancer patients with Chinese medicine group from the spleen combined with chemotherapy can not only increase the effect of chemotherapy,but also control the side effects and improve the quality of life of patients.
