中医护理干预对老年血液透析患者透析质量的影响

The Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention on Dialysis Quality of Elderly Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨中医护理干预对老年血液透析患者透析质量的影响,为制定适合老年血液透析患者的慢病防控对策提供依据。方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月长春中医药大学附属医院门诊和住院的120例老年血液透析患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理方法,试验组在常规护理方法基础上给予为期12周的中医综合护理干预方法。结果通过中医护理干预,明显降低了老年血液透析患者的不良反应发生率,提高了透析质量,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预在老年血液透析中应用,可以提高透析质量,减轻血液透析患者的各种并发症,具有可推广价值。

Objective To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the quality of dialysis in elderly hemodialysis patients,and to provide a basis for the formulation of chronic disease prevention and control strategies suitable for elderly hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 120 elderly hemodialysis patients in the affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing method,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention method of traditional Chinese medicine for 12 weeks on the basis of conventional nursing method.Results Through traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention,the incidence of adverse reactions in elderly patients with hemodialysis was significantly reduced,and the quality of dialysis was improved,which was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the elderly hemodialysis can improve the quality of dialysis and reduce various complications of hemodialysis patients,which has the value of promotion.
