中医护理结合健康指导干预对糖尿病患者血糖及满意度、遵医行为评分的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Combined with Health Guidance on Blood Glucose, Satisfaction and Compliance Score of Diabetic Patients

目的分析中医护理结合健康指导干预对糖尿病患者血糖及满意度、遵医行为评分的影响。方法选取枣庄市峄城区中医院于2018年5月—2019年8月收治的80例糖尿病患者进行研究,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施中医护理结合健康指导干预,对比2组患者干预前后的血糖指标以及护理满意率和遵医行为。结果干预前,2组患者的血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的血糖指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意率和遵医行为明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理结合健康指导干预,可有效降低患者血糖,提高患者满意度和遵医行为,值得推广应用。

Objective to analyze the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with health guidance on blood glucose,satisfaction and compliance behavior score of diabetic patients.Methods 80 diabetic patients admitted to Yicheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with health guidance intervention.The blood glucose index,nursing satisfaction rate and compliance behavior of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in blood glucose indexes between 2 groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the blood glucose index of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate and compliance behavior of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with health guidance intervention can effectively improve patients’compliance behavior,which is worth popularizing.
