呼吸功能训练护理对肺源性心脏病失代偿期的影响

The Effect of Respiratory Function Training Nursing on Decompensated Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的探讨呼吸功能训练对慢性肺源性心脏病(Chronic pulmonary heart disease,CPHD)失代偿期的护理效果。方法选取南平市人民医院2017年9月—2020年9月60例CPHD失代偿期患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各30例。2组均接受西医常规治疗,试验组加用呼吸功能训练。2组均连续治疗10 d,比较2组的生活质量评分、肺功能及6分钟步行距离差异。结果与治疗前比较,2组生活质量评分、肺功能指标、6分钟步行距离差异均无统计学意义,治疗后2组生活质量评分、肺功能指标、6分钟步行距离均优于治疗前,且试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用呼吸功能训练等护理方法可以明显提高CPHD失代偿期的疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of respiratory function training on decompensated chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD).Methods 60 patients with CPHD in Nanping People’s Hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group received respiratory function training.The quality of life score,lung function,6 minute walk test were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life score,lung function index and 6-minute walking distance between the two groups.After treatment,the quality of life score,lung function index and 6-minute walking distance between the two groups were better than before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory function training and other nursing methods can significantly improve the curative effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
