中西医结合教育模式下科研创新能力培养探索

Exploration on the Cultivation of Scientific Research Innovation Ability under the Mode of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Education

科研创新能力的培养是中西医结合教育的重要内容,是中西医临床医学学科长足发展的必然需求,也是中医药现代化的重要环节。但现在高等教育偏重于临床与理论,对学生科研思维的培养和实践技能的锻炼疏于重视。作者针对现阶段中西医结合教育模式下学生科研创新能力培养现状进行问卷调查与分析,探索得出了增设科研创新课程、优化科研环境、提高教师科研素质等新思路。

The development of scientific research and innovation ability not only plays an important role in the education of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,but also meets the needs of the rapid development of discipline of traditional Chinese and western medicine.However,the present higher education focuses on clinical practice and theory,and pays little attention to the cultivation of scientific research thinking and practical skills of students.Based on a questionnaire designated to investigate the current situation of the cultivation of students’scientific research innovation ability under the mode of integrated education of traditional Chinese and western medicine,new ideas such as adding scientific research innovation courses,optimizing scientific research environment and improving teachers’scientific research quality have been explored.
