中医专业学位硕士研究生规范化培训相关问题的思考

Thoughts and Suggestions on the Standardized Training of Professional Master’s Degree Postgraduates Majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine

专业型硕士研究生与住院医师规范化培训相结合是一种全新的医学教育模式,这种“双轨合一”模式有传统培养模式所不具备的优势,但由于尚处探索阶段,实施过程中难免会有一些不足。为提高中医专业学位硕士研究生的培养质量,作者结合自身工作实践,对相关问题进行梳理,如临床教学有待强化,不能认识并处理好临床与科研的关系、中医与现代医学的关系、轮科制和导师制之间的关系等,并提出相应的建议,以供同道商榷。

The combination of professional master’s degree and resident’s standardized training is a new medical education mode.This“dual track integration”mode has the advantages that the traditional training mode does not have,but because it is still in the exploration stage,there will inevitably be some deficiencies in the implementation process.In order to improve the training quality of the master degree students of traditional Chinese medicine,the author combs the relevant problems in combination with his own work practice for discussion.
