摘要
针对脉冲调制信号的相位噪声测试需求,从相位噪声的定义入手,引出调幅噪声和相位噪声的关系,分析鉴相法和频谱分析仪法进行相位噪声测试的特点;从脉冲调制信号的频谱特性入手,总结脉冲调制信号的相位噪声测试特点,归纳并对比鉴相法和频谱分析仪法两种脉冲调制信号相噪测试方法所需的条件、特点以及典型应用范围。针对一个测试实例,简述采用频谱分析仪时间门功能测试脉冲调制信号相位噪声的测量方法,并归纳使用频谱分析仪测试相位噪声时的注意事项。
According to the requirement of phase noise measurement of pulsed carrier signal,this paper starts with the definition of phase noise,introduces the relationship between amplitude modulation noise and phase noise,analyzes the characteristics of phase noise test by phase discrimination method and spectrum analyzer method,analyzes the characteristics of phase noise test of pulse modulation signal from the spectrum characteristics of pulse modulation signal,summarizes and compares the phase noise test methods.The conditions,characteristics and typical application range of the two methods of phase noise measurement for pulse modulation signal are discussed.Taking a test example,this paper briefly describes the test steps of using the time gate function of spectrum analyzer to test the phase noise of pulse modulation signal,and summarizes the matters needing attention in testing the phase noise of spectrum analyzer.
