摘要
通过调研和试验,对主跨636 m的单跨钢箱悬索桥缆索系统进行耐高温防护体系设计,自主研发了新型陶瓷化复合隔热包带、耐高温缆索锚固材料等新材料,设计了验证试验方案,通过试验验证了桥梁缆索耐高温防护体系设计、材料选择、实施工艺的合理性和可行性。通过现场体系化的桥梁缆索耐高温防护技术实桥应用,为桥梁缆索抗灾防灾提供有力支撑和参考。
Through investigation and test,the high temperature resistant protection system of cable system of single span steel box suspension bridge with main span of 636 m is designed.Independently developed new ceramic composite thermal insulation tape,high temperature cable anchorage materials and other new materials,and designed verification test scheme.Through test verification,rationality and feasibility of design,material selection and implementation process of bridge cable high temperature protection system are demonstrated.Through practical application of bridge cable high temperature resistant protection technology,it provides strong support and reference for bridge cable disaster prevention.
