核电站不锈钢容器吊具的结构设计

摘要 针对核电站容器水下吊装的工况,设计出一种自动定位和脱挂轴的不锈钢容器吊具。选用高强度不锈钢材质,整体组装。吊臂设有限位装置,可向外摆动完成脱挂轴操作。吊臂的张合以压缩空气作为动力源,便捷清洁。设置导向装置,对挂接耳轴进行径向导向和对中导向。运用理论计算和有限元分析相结合的方法校核吊具强度,验证了吊具的安全性。吊具结构设计合理,满足使用要求。 According to working condition of underwater lifting of nuclear power plant vessel,stainless steel vessel sling with automatic positioning and detaching is designed.The material is made of high strength stainless steel and structure is assembled.The boom is equipped with limiting device,which can swing outward to complete decoupling operation.Tension of boom is powered by compressed air,which is convenient and clean.The guide device is set to guide lifting trunnion radially and centrally.The strength of sling is checked by combining theoretical calculation with finite element analysis,and the safety of sling is verified.The structure design of sling is reasonable and meet requirements of user.
