摘要
目的考察不同“发汗”时间玄参药材化学成分差异及“发汗”对玄参镇痛、抗炎活性影响。方法采用HPLC法测定不同“发汗”时间玄参中活性成分哈巴俄苷、安格洛苷C、类叶升麻苷、肉桂酸含量及变化。采用热板法和醋酸扭体法观测“发汗”与未“发汗”玄参二者的镇痛活性差异,二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀分析“发汗”与未“发汗”玄参二者的抗炎作用差异。结果玄参“发汗”过程中,随着“发汗”天数的增加类叶升麻苷、安格洛苷C、含量上升比较明显。药理研究表明,“发汗”前后玄参都有镇痛、抗炎活性,经“发汗”的玄参镇痛活性和抗炎活性要强于未经“发汗”的玄参。结论“发汗”引起玄参中化学成分含量变化、增强其镇痛、抗炎效果。
Objective To investigate the difference of chemical constituents in different time of"sweating"time.The effect of"sweating"on the analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities of Scrophularia.Methods The radix Scrophulariae of different"sweating"days were determined by HPLC,The effects of different"sweating"days on the contents of habagoside,aglycone C,eugenin and cinnamic acid in Scrophularia were studied.The difference of analgesic activity between sweating and non"sweating"Scrophularia was observed by hot plate method and acetic acid writhing method,The difference of anti-inflammatory activity between"sweating"and non"sweating"Scrophularia was analyzed by xylene induced auricle"sweating"in mice.Results In the process of"sweating",With the increase of"sweating"days,the contents of cimicifugin and aglycone C increased obviously.Pharmacological studies have shown that before and after"sweating",Radix Scrophulariae has analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities,The analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities of Radix Scrophulariae through sweating were stronger than those without"sweating".Conclusion It is necessary to process"sweating"in the production area of Scrophularia,which can increase the content of its chemical components,enhance its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
