煽动机制的“反噬”——“白虹贯日”事件深层原因探析

The“Backfire”of Instigation Mechanism:The Underlying Cause of the“Bai Hong”Event

作为日本新闻史上最严重的一次笔祸,"白虹贯日"事件并不仅仅是政府压制言论的结果,其背后有着更加复杂的深层原因。笔者认为,日俄战争后带来的大众化趋势席卷日本报界,报界在激烈的贩卖竞争中发展出"煽动机制",通过煽动民意对抗政府扩大发行量,从而获得经济收益。然而,不断高涨的民意使《大阪朝日新闻》错误地研判了报纸与民众、政府之间的关系,民意的最终背离以及报业同行的转向使《大阪朝日新闻》在与政府的对抗中陷入孤立,种种原因交织在一起,互为因果,最终导致了笔祸的发生。可以说,煽动机制的"反噬"是造成笔祸的深层原因,而这种煽动基因在日后的侵华战争中再次复活,发挥了巨大的破坏作用。

As one of the most serious literary inquisition in Japanese journalistic history,‘Bai Hong’event is not only the result of government repression.There is a deeper and more complex reason behind it.Based on research of the relationship between the Japanese press,the people and the government after the Russo-Japanese War and the change of the Japanese press pattern caused by the Russo-Japanese War,this paper tries to explore the underlying causes of the‘Bai Hong’event.Through the investigation,I think,the forces of the Japanese people are becoming stronger after the Russo Japanese War,at the same time rising public opinion makes the‘Osaka Asahi Shimbun’wrongly judged the relationship between the newspaper and the public and government,the betrayal of people and the newspaper peers caused the‘Osaka Asahi Shimbun’isolated and helpless.Various reasons intertwined,eventually led to the occurrence of the‘Bai Hong’event.It can be said that the‘backfire’of incitement mechanism is the deep cause of the‘Bai Hong’event and this kind of incitement gene revived again in the future war of aggression against China and played a huge destructive role.
