Design and Development of Automatic Test System for Elevator Display Board

介绍了一种电梯显示板自动测试系统及其实现方法。该系统主要包括监控模块、信号采集模块、图像采集模块。监控模块的数据库保存了不同类型显示板的测试步骤,测试时根据选择的显示板型号从数据库中获取测试步骤,并将其转化为控制命令和拍照命令,分别传送给信号采集模块和图像采集模块,然后根据回传的状态生成测试报告显示出来。

An automatic test system for display board is introduced.The monitoring module,signal acquisition module and image acquisition module are included in this system.The test steps of different types of display boards are saved up in the database of the monitoring module.According to the selected display board model,the test steps are gotten from the database and converted into control commands and photo taking commands,which are respectively transmitted to the signal acquisition module and the image acquisition module,and then the test report is generated according to the returned status.
