Research on the Balance of Interests of All Parties for Installing Elevators in Existing Residential Buildings

分析了我国既有住宅加装电梯的趋势,指出了其存在的问题。提出找准各方利益平衡点,构建以低高层住户普遍接受、财政适度补贴、企业稳妥回收成本且适当赢利的多层次电梯安装运营模式,是解决既有住宅加装电梯费用筹措的核心。

Our country trend of installing elevators in the existing residence building and the existing problems are analyzed.It is suggested that installing elevators are the most basic way to solve the problem of convenience and comfort of existing houses.To find out the balance of interests of all parties and to build a multi-level elevator installation operation mode are the core of the financing of the cost of installing elevators in the existing residential buildings,which is generally accepted by low-rise residents,moderately subsidized by finance,and the cost recovery of elevator enterprises.
