摘要
非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是一种高致死率的猪传染病,早期检测诊断是疫情防控的有效手段。本文对近年来国内外非洲猪瘟的常用检测技术进行了综述,包括病毒分离、基于核酸水平的方法(主要包括实时荧光PCR、多重PCR、恒温扩增检测技术和数字PCR等)和基于蛋白水平的方法(主要包括酶联免疫吸附试验和免疫层析试纸条等)三个层面,以期为非洲猪瘟病毒的检测提供一定的技术支持和文献参考。
African swine fever(ASF) is a highly lethal swine infectious disease caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV).At present,early diagnosis is an effective means to prevent and control the epidemic.This paper reviews ASF detection technologies at home and abroad in recent years,including virus isolation and nucleic acid level and protein level,in order to provide technical support for ASF detection.Methods based on nucleic acid level mainly include real-time fluorescent PCR,multiplex PCR,isothermal amplification detection technology and digital PCR.Methods based on protein level mainly include enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunochromatographic strip.
