盆底器官脱垂分子生物学发病机制的研究进展 被引量:9

Research progress in molecular biology pathogenesis of pelvic floor organ prolapse

摘要 盆腔器官脱垂(pelvic organ prolapse,POP)是中老年女性常见的妇科疾病,研究表明大约30%~50%的女性会出现POP,且随着年龄增长,患病风险增加。可以预见,随着人口的老龄化,POP对女性患者和医疗系统的负担将越来越重[1]。POP是一种多病因疾病,流行病学研究表明,POP与年龄、体内激素、长期腹压增加和产科因素(如产次、婴儿体重、会阴侧切等)密切相关[2]。
