经皮神经电刺激疗法对盆腔淤血综合征患者生存质量的影响研究

The influence of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on the quality of life of patients with pelvic congestion syndrome

目的探索经皮神经电刺激疗法(transcuataneous electrical nerve stimulation,TENS)对盆腔淤血综合征(pelvic congestion syndrome,PCS)患者的临床疗效和生存质量的影响。方法将2019年1月至2020年1月在郑州大学第三附属医院门诊确诊的80例PCS患者随机分为TENS治疗组及对照组,分别使用TENS和常规法治疗一个疗程后,评估不同组的临床疗效、静脉内径、血流速度、疼痛程度和生存质量改变情况。结果PCS患者经TENS治疗后,盆腔静脉内径变窄,血流速度加快,患者自觉疼痛程度降低,生存质量明显改善,并且与对照组各项指标相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TENS治疗PCS患者的疗效效果明显,可以有效改善盆腔静脉曲张程度及血液循环速度,缓解不同程度PCS患者的痛感,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS)on the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with pelvic congestion syndrome(PCS).Methods 80 PCS patients diagnosed in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into TENS treatment group and control group.After a course of treatment with TENS and conventional methods,the clinical efficacy,venous diameter,blood flow velocity,pain degree and quality of life changes in different groups were evaluated.Results After the treatment of TENS in PCS patients,the inner diameter of the pelvic vein narrowed,the blood flow speed increased,the patients felt pain was reduced,and the quality of life was significantly improved.Compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TENS is effective in treating PCS patients.TENS can effectively improve the degree of pelvic varicose veins and blood circulation speed,relieve the pain of patients with different degrees of PCS,and improve the quality of life of patients.
