人民城市理念是中国特色社会主义理论在城市领域的集中体现,彰显了社会主义制度与城市建设的内在联系,是提升城市软实力的核心价值追求。“十四五”时期,上海国际文化大都市建设要以人民城市建设为指引,以推动文化高质量发展为主题,创新上海文化的发展路径,持续探索中国特色社会主义城市文化的繁荣之道,为城市软实力的不断提升提供坚实的文化动力。
The concept of people's city is the concentrated embodiment of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the urban study field,which highlights the internal relationship between socialist system and urban construction,and is the core value pursuit of improving urban soft power.During the period of "The 14^(th) Five-Year Plan",the construction of Shanghai as an international cultural metropolis should be guided by the construction of people's city with the theme of promoting high-quality cultural development,in an effort to innovate the path of Shanghai culture,to continue exploring the way of prosperity of socialist urban culture with Chinese characteristics,and to provide a solid cultural driving force for the continuous improvement of urban soft power.
