摘要
近年来,随着激光器技术的进步,激光在铝合金焊接中的应用研究日益受到关注。本文综述了国内外研究者为提高铝合金焊接过程中激光能量的耦合效率所做的各种努力和尝试,总结了激光复合焊接、铝合金激光焊接模拟及其焊接过程稳定性的研究进展,最后对今后铝合金激光焊接技术的研究热点和发展趋势做出了预测。
In recent years, with the development of laser technology, more and more attention has been paid to the application of laser in aluminum alloy welding. The efforts and attempts made by researchers in China and abroad to improve the coupling efficiency of laser energy in aluminum alloy welding process were summarized. The research progress of laser hybrid welding, laser welding simulation of aluminum alloy and stability of laser welding process was summarized, and finally the research hotspot and development trend of laser welding technology of aluminum alloy in the future were forecasted.
