合金元素和浇注温度对AlSi9Cu3铝合金收缩率和流动性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用砂型螺旋线模具、Tatur Test方法和ARL3460直读光谱仪研究了Na、Ni、Zn、Fe、Mg合金元素和浇注温度对AlSi9Cu3合金收缩率和流动性的影响。结果表明:合金收缩率随Mg、Zn元素含量的增加逐渐增大,随Na、Fe、Ni元素含量的增加逐渐减小;合金流动性随Na、Fe和Mg元素含量的增加而降低,随Ni、Zn元素含量的增加而升高。浇注温度的升高有利于合金流动性的改善,但会导致合金收缩率的恶化。 The effects of Na, Ni, Zn, Fe, Mg alloy elements and pouring temperature on shrinkage and fluidity of AlSi9Cu3 alloy were studied by using sand spiral mold, Tatur Test and ARL 3460 direct reading spectrometer. The results show that the shrinkage of the alloy increases with the increase of Mg and Zn contents. With the increase of Na, Fe and Ni contents, the shrinkage of the alloy gradually decreases. The fluidity of the alloy decreases with the increase of Na, Fe and Mg contents, but increases with the increase of Ni and Zn contents. The increase of pouring temperature is beneficial to the improvement of alloy fluidity, but it will lead to the deterioration of alloy shrinkage.
