摘要
采用不同工艺参数压铸成形了ADC12-VSr铝合金汽车发动机罩盖试件,并进行了显微组织观察和耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明,当浇注温度从660℃增大到740℃或压射比压从50 MPa增大到90 MPa的过程中,试样的晶粒先细化后粗化,磨损体积先减小后增大,耐磨损性能先提高后下降。ADC12-VSr铝合金汽车发动机罩盖的浇注温度优选为700℃、压射比压优选为80 MPa。
The ADC12-VSr aluminum alloy automobile engine cover specimens were formed by die casting with different process parameters, and the microstructure and wear resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that when the pouring temperature increases from 660℃ to 740℃ or the injection specific pressure increases from 50 MPa to 90 MPa, the grains of the sample are refined first and then coarsened, the wear volume decreases first and then increases, and the wear resistance increases first and then decreases. The optimized pouring temperature and injection specific pressure of ADC12-VSr aluminium alloy automobile engine cover are 700℃ and 80 MPa, respectively.
