高泥质疏松砂岩稠油油藏防砂技术现状及应用 被引量:4

摘要 高泥质疏松砂岩稠油油藏由于地层粉细砂运移、黏土矿物水溶储层胶结强度降低、稠油黏度高携砂能力强,开发过程中极易出砂和堵塞。防砂技术可有效解决油井出砂问题。通过对比和分析防砂管柱防砂、砾石充填防砂、化学防砂、压裂防砂、复合防砂和连续封隔体防砂技术的特点和适用性,发现砾石充填防砂强度高、有效期长、产能损失相对较小,压裂防砂具有防砂和增产的双重作用,连续封隔体防砂具有防砂和控水的双重作用,以上三项防砂技术对高泥质疏松砂岩稠油油藏具有一定的适用性。南海东部高泥质疏松砂岩稠油X油田,初期投产开发井采用优质筛管防砂技术,生产1~2年后陆续出砂,采用压裂防砂技术修井后生产平稳、未出现明显出砂;后期投产生产井采用砾石充填和连续封隔体防砂技术,均未出现明显出砂。通过南海东部X油田生产实践表明,砾石充填防砂、压裂防砂和连续封隔体防砂技术对高泥质疏松砂岩稠油油藏防砂效果好,可为同类油藏开发提供借鉴。 Due to the migration of fine sand,the decrease of cementation strength of clay mineral water soluble reservoir,and the strong sand carrying capacity of heavy oil,it is very easy to produce sand and block in the development process of the unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil reservoirs with high clay content.Sand control technique can effectively solve the problem of sand production in oil wells.By comparing and analyz-ing the characteristics and applicability of sand control by string,gravel packing sand control,chemical sand control,FraPac,complex sand control and continuous packer sand control,it is found that gravel packing sand control has high strength,long validity period and relatively small productivity loss,FraPac acts as a technical measure both in sand control and of stimulation,continuous packer sand control acts as a technical measure both in sand control and in water control.The above three sand control techniques have certain applicability for the unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil reservoirs with high clay content.In the unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil X oilfield with high clay content in the east of South China Sea,high quality screen sand control technique was applied in the initial produced development wells,and sand was produced in one or two years.After the FraPac technique was applied to the workover,the production was stable without obvious sand production.Gravel packing sand control and continuous packer sand control techniques were applied in later pro-duction wells,and no obvious sand production occurred.The practice of Oilfield X in the east of South China Seashows that the gravel packing sand control,FraPac and continuous packer sand control techniques have good results on the sand control for the unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil reservoirs with high clay content,and it can provide reference for the development of similar reservoirs.
