摘要
通过水性环氧分散体及改性胺固化剂、锌粉含量及粒径、防闪锈剂种类及用量等多个方案的研究,制备了低膜厚高防腐的水性环氧富锌涂料。结果表明:水性环氧分散体自身稳定性和富锌搭配稳定性非常重要,选择800目锌粉,含量占整个涂膜80%,涂膜的防腐性能最好;筛选解决闪锈问题又不影响耐盐雾的防闪锈剂,加入量为0.3%,涂料综合性能最好。
Waterborne epoxy zinc-rich coating with low film thickness and high anticorrosion were prepared by studying waterborne epoxy dispersion,modified amine hardener,zinc powder content and particle size,type and amount of anti-flash rust agent and so on.The results showed that the self-stability of waterborne epoxy dispersion and zinc-rich collocation stability were very important,800 mesh zinc powder was selected,and the content of zinc powder accounts for 80%of the whole paint film,which had the best anticorrosion performance.Screening to solve the problem of flashover rust without affecting the salt spray resistant anti-flashover rust agent,adding 0.3%in the coating,the coating comprehensive performance was the best.
