摘要
针对一种高性能汽车表面水性涂料的制备技术关键点进行了研究,制备出一种丙烯酸酯改性聚氨酯水分散体,作为漆膜基体,对功能水性助剂及工艺条件进行针对性试验研究。与经亲水改性的水性固化剂反应,制备出高性能汽车表面水性涂料;施工后汽车表面漆膜光泽度高、丰满度佳,具有良好的保色性、光稳定性以及优异的机械性能,在汽车车身涂装行业的水性化发展路程上具有十分重要的意义。
The key technology for the preparation of a new automotive surface waterborne coating with high-performance was studied.A kind of acrylate modified polyurethane aqueous dispersion was prepared as the paint film matrix.Through the selectivity research of the functional water-based additives and process conditions,with the hydrophilic modified polyisocyanate curing agent,a new waterborne automotive surface coating with high-performance material was prepared,which has high luster,good fullness,good colour retention,light stability and excellent mechanical properties.It is of great significance in the waterborne development journey of the automobile body painting industry.
