摘要 针对上湾煤矿8.8m特大采高工作面在生产期间频繁出现的支架错茬歪斜问题进行研究。认为刮板输送机的来回窜动、底板不平及移架过程中支架受额外力等都可能使支架发生错茬,其本质是有一个力矩M作用于支架,使支架发生旋转而错茬歪斜;支架错茬影响工作面支架整体的齐直度,可导致支架移动速度慢,也可引起支架发生倒架,程度较重时会影响调整工作面上下端头出口的大小,损坏支架推拉杆等部件。从导致支架错茬的本质原因出发,认为通过给错茬的支架施加一个反方向的力矩M′即可将其拧正而完成调整;寻找支架的重心点,然后将支架底座上的底调千斤顶作为调整时的外力F,利用F对重心点之矩M′调整错茬的支架;提出了支架错茬动态调整法,并说明了在常见的4种情况下的操作方法及注意事项;同时,结合工作面机头高、机尾低的实际生产条件及通过分析支架在移动过程中的受力形式,认为甩掉支架掩护梁右侧上方的侧推千斤同样有利于调整支架错茬。提出的调整方法在现场应用中效果明显,对于提升工作面整体的工程质量具有重要意义。 Aiming at the frequent hydraulic support rotation in production of 8.8 m high-cutting working face of Shangwan Coal Mine. Firstly, the causes of support rotation is analyzed, and the scraper conveyor moves back and forth, the uneven floor and the extra force acting on the support when it’s moving can cause support rotation, which generates a moment M acting on the support, and makes the rotation. Secondly, the adverse effects of the support rotation is analyzed as follows, it will affect overall straightness of supports in working face, slow down the support moving speed, make the support incline and fall possibly, and if rotation is serious, it will affect the adjustment of the size of two ends’ exit of the working face, and damage push/pull rod and other parts of the support. Based on the essential reason of the support rotation, it is considered that the adjustment can be completed by applying a moment M′ in the opposite direction to the rotated support. Therefore, the gravity center of support is found, and then the bottom adjusting jack in support base is used to provide the external force F,and by applting the M′(moment of F about gravity center point) the rotated support is adjusted. Based on this principle, dynamic adjustment method of rotated support is proposed, and operation methods and matters need attention in four common cases are explained. At the same time, combining with the actual production conditions of high head and low tail of working face and by analyzing the force on the moving support, it is considered that abandon the pushing jack above the right side of the shield beam of the support is also good for adjusting support rotation. The effect of the proposed adjustment methods is obvious in actual application, which is of great significance to improve the overall engineering quality of working face.
