摘要
临床药师参与1例帕博利珠单抗致甲状腺功能减退的药学服务实践,在收集患者病史的基础上,与临床医生配合,查阅文献,为医生提供有关帕博利珠单抗所致甲状腺功能减退的治疗原则,对患者左甲状腺素片治疗的剂量进行分析和调整。临床药师利用自身的药学知识,进行用药监护,提升了患者的用药安全性。
Clinical pharmacist participated in the practice of pharmaceutical care for a case of hypothyroidism caused by pembrolizumab.On the basis of collecting the patient’s medical history,clinical pharmacists cooperate with doctors,consult literature,provide doctors with treatment principles for hypothyroidism caused by pembrolizumab,and analyze and adjust the dosage of patients with levothyroxine tablets.Pharmacists use their own knowledge of pharmacy to monitor medications and improve the safety of medications for patients.
