临床药师参与1例难治性克罗恩病的药物治疗实践

Clinical Pharmacists Participated in the Drug Therapy of a Patient with Refractory Crohn’s Disease

本文报道临床药师参与1例难治性克罗恩病患者的药物治疗过程。收集患者病史信息,查阅国内外文献资料,评估患者是否对英夫利昔单抗治疗原发无应答,协助医生进行药物治疗方案的调整,并持续监护患者病情变化。通过对该病例的学习和整理,以期为此类患者的药物治疗提供一定参考。

We report clinical pharmacists participated in the drug treatment of a patient with refractory Crohn’s disease.By collecting the patient’s medical history,reviewing domestic and foreign literature,to assess whether the patient has not responded to infliximab primary therapy,assidting doctors to adjust medication regimen,and continuously monitoring the patient’s condition.Through the study and summary of this case,it is expected to provide some reference for the drug treatment of this kind of patients.
